These pictures were taken at calmer sections of the river. I have to help paddle through the rapids.
Here we pulled over and swam across the river so we could jump off the rocks. Rachel was the first one to jump.
This is a lower rock but you jump into the swift current and get sucked into it for a moment.

Our guide, and a train for site seeing.
Rachel had to wear these stylish booties cause she only had flip flops. Like any good brother I made fun of her the entire day.

By the afternoon she was doing better so we dropped her off with the sitter and headed to Clear Creek Canyon. What a cutie!
Clear Creek Canyon
Rachel is the only one to ever walk over the river on this with me! We were only able to get one climb in before the weather turned, so we headed for some indoor climbing at The Spot bouldering gym.
The days I had to be at work, Rachel would stay home and work on this Aspen forest mural on my bedroom wall. It turned out so good!
The artist and the little one. I really enjoyed having them here.
